PARKS AND RECREATION

Rich will work to maintain and improve park facilities for the community to enjoy through leisure and recreational programming. Rich, Cosumnes CSD staff and the community spearheaded the revitalization of Park and Landscape Facilities in Elk Grove.  Rich knows the value that our parks and recreation facilities provide to our citizens.  He will work tirelessly to ensure high quality facilities and programs are a priority and he knows how to get it done.
 
Rich has worked for his community in non-profit youth sports organizations and understands that non-profits are the cornerstone to a community.
